Jojo Siwa is at last addressing and elaborating on the specifics of her sexual orientation.
Despite the fact that the term didn’t accurately describe who she was, the well-known American singer and former teen idol admitted that she felt compelled to identify as a lesbian.
In an open new interview, Siwa describes how she became confused, frustrated, and ultimately clear-headed as a result of the demands that others and herself placed on her.
She claims that she has never felt more like herself and now freely identifies as queer.
A lot of people have been talking about Siwa’s s£xuality since she appeared on “Celebrity Big Brother.”
Despite having previously come out as a lesbian, fans witnessed the 22-year-old form a sexual bond with fellow resident Chris Hughes.
Siwa has disclosed that she felt compelled to identify as a lesbian in the midst of all the controversy around her sexual orientation.
The Nickelodeon actress told the Daily Mail, “I said, ‘I’m pansexual, because I don’t care about gender,’ when I came out at the age of 17.
However, after that, I kind of closed myself off and declared, “I’m a lesbian.” And I believe pressure was the reason I did that.
In an odd and surprising way, the pressure seemed to originate from within the LGBTQ community itself, Siwa explained.
“From acquaintances and former partners. You’re simply placed in a situation where you feel that you must be a lesbian because you’ve said, “Oh, I’m a lesbian.
“In actuality, sexuality is flexible,” she continued.
When Siwa first came out as a lesbian in 2021, it made news and garnered praise.
