In response to popular concerns over the reactivation of the digital application procedure, the Nigeria Police Force has extended the grace period for enforcing the Tinted Glass Permit requirement until August 12, 2025.
ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Force Public Relations Officer, revealed this in a statement on Saturday.
The police claim that the decision was made in response to public input and is intended to guarantee that the continuous evaluation of the permit procedure leads to a system that is easier to use and more accessible.
The statement said, The extension of enforcement is meant to allow for further improvements and improvements to the application process, guaranteeing that no member of the public is unduly disadvantaged.
